College President Dr. James D. Ball has appointed a Compass 2025 Committee to develop recommendations for a new Vision Statement for the college to inspire and guide its next five-year strategic plan, Compass 2025. The committee was also charged with recommending 3-to-5 Strategic Priorities to inform strategic and area planning and budgeting through June 30, 2025.

The committee is chaired by Associate Vice President for Program Development and Partnerships Dr. Melody Moore. Committee members are Steve Berry, Natalie Crespo, Patti Davis, Maya Demishkevich, Candace Edwards, Roxanna Harlow, Tim League, Kathy Mayan, Michelle Parke, Laurie Shields, Libby Trostle, and Steve Wantz.

The committee is to present its first draft to the Planning Advisory Council on October 29, 2018. The final recommendation is due to the Council on November 12, 2018.
