Institutional Scholarships Available to New and Continuing Students

Carroll Community College offers a number of scholarships to new, returning, and transfer students. The number and amount of awards vary from year to year, depending on contributions from Foundation donors and returns on endowment investments.

Scholarship awards may be based on financial need, academic performance, leadership activities, curriculum major, or a combination of these. To illustrate the scholarships available, and to honor those who have made them possible, the following is a list of current institutional scholarship and grant programs at Carroll Community College:

Students must apply for these scholarships through the College's Financial Aid Office (410-386-8437). For scholarships requiring evidence of financial need, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form must be filed with the scholarship application.

Recipients of institutional scholarships and grants are selected by the College's Scholarship Committee. The Carroll Community College Foundation raises private funds from individuals, corporations, and community organizations to support these scholarships. The college thanks all those who make these scholarships possible.
