 On Tuesday, June 29, Carroll held an EMS Paramedic Recognition Ceremony to celebrate students who had completed the program this year. They received certificates in recognition of their achievements. Speakers included College President Dr. James D. Ball, County Commissioner Steve Wantz, program director Randy Stair, and medical director Dr. Michael DiNapoli.
