Starry Night, Carroll County's upscale holiday kick-off event, will be held Friday December 10th at Carroll Community College's Westminster campus.

Starry Night begins at 6:00 p.m. with drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the Babylon Great Hall, followed by a performance by m-pact at 8:00 in the Theater in the Scott Center. Hailed as "one of the best pop-jazz vocal groups" by the San Francisco Chronicle, m-pact is respected worldwide as a cutting-edge trailblazer in the realm of vocal music. Dessert will follow the performance to wrap up this elegant event.
