Partners Campaign Reaches
$4 Million Goal

The Partners Campaign, the first-ever major gifts campaign for Carroll Community College, has concluded after reaching the goal of $4 million. Gifts to the campaign fund student scholarships, library resources, instructional technology, and nursing and allied health equipment.

Individual donors, community organizations and college employees who participated in the campaign gathered at a campaign celebration at the college on Friday, April 18 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A showcase of programs and student accomplishments highlighted the invitation-only event.

“I wish to extend my personal appreciation to each and every donor who played a role in helping Carroll Community College reach a successful conclusion to the Partners Campaign,” said Kelly W. Hill, chair of the Partners Campaign and a graduate of the Class of 2004.

“Since the inception of the campaign, many donors have shared with me their admiration of the fine quality education offered at Carroll,” she said. “I am proud to call myself a graduate of the college. I am deeply touched by the generosity of this community.”

“Words can never express how grateful I am to those who supported the campaign,” said College President Faye Pappalardo. ”I also want to take this opportunity to extend my thanks on behalf of our students. As I look ahead, I realize that new opportunities and challenges await them. We will continue to provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.”
