In 1993, Carroll Community College gained independent status. Twenty years later in 2013, the college will mark its 20-year anniversary. "I am exceedingly pleased to celebrate Carroll's 20-year anniversary," said College President Dr. Faye Pappalardo. "This marks a great moment in the college's history. Carroll has grown and changed tremendously as it has evolved into a premiere institution of higher education."
