Carroll Community College employees were surveyed
during the spring 2002 semester to learn their opinions about campus
services, the college climate, their personal job satisfaction,
and the college's leadership. A total of 179 faculty, administrators,
and support staff completed the survey. The full report on the Employee

Eleven campus services received mean ratings of
4.0 or above on the five-point rating scale. The Library received
the highest overall rating, 4.29.

Four campus services improved their mean score by
more than one rating point. The Publications Office had the greatest
gain in mean rating, earning it "most improved" honors.

Carroll students are also surveyed to learn their
level of satisfaction with campus services. Student ratings will
