Criminal Justice Club member Jakub Smith (Class of 2015) presents a student club award to Special Police Officer Stanley Proudlock at the Law Enforcement Appreciation ceremony held on June 4th in the college’s Theater. Proudlock is pictured in the center and Chief of Public Safety and Security Wayne Livesay is pictured on the right. Proudlock, a member of the Carroll Community College Security Office, received the award as one of 12 officers from agencies around the county. These officers were recognized with plaques for their outstanding dedication and service. This was the first-time that the student Criminal Justice Club sponsored an event in honor of local law enforcement.
