College Announces New Summer Camps for 2016

Many new and exciting camps will be offered this year as part of the Summer!Kids@Carroll and Teen College programs. Children and teens may choose from nearly 200 half-day and full-day programs from June 27 through August 19, 2016.

Summer!Kids@Carroll and Teen College, a Carroll Community College tradition for children and youth ages three to 15, is now accepting registrations.

Campers may choose to build robots, make new recipes, use 3D modeling, create art, experience Neverland, or make friends on an Animal Safari. Crafting gets crazy with Yarn Art and Jewels for Me to Wear and Share. Tech kids can create in our Arcade Invention Lab or make it happen in our BOT Builders camp. Teens can cook up Brunch, Sweets International or Make it Maryland. Teens can explore the galaxy or forensic science, and stage the perfect Trickshot.

Coordinator of Lifelong Learning Cassandra Casey said, “We are all very excited about the camps we are offering this summer. We have a terrific line-up of our returning favorite camps as well as many new and interesting programs for ages three to 15.” For a complete listing of new and returning camps at Summer!Kids@Carroll and Teen College, please go to carrollcc.edu/summerkids or call 410-386-8100 to have a schedule mailed to you.
