Seven Steps and You’re In!

Getting enrolled at Carroll Community College requires seven easy steps:

  1. Complete and return an Enrollment Application.
  2. Request your high school and college transcripts be sent to Carroll.
  3. Apply for financial aid by completing a FAFSA.
  4. Make an appointment for placement testing.
  5. Obtain your test results in a First Advising Session.
  6. Finalize your registration in the Records Office.
  7. Pay the cashier or arrange for deferred payment.

The Enrollment Application is in the college catalog, available for download from the college’s website www.carrollcc.com, or will be mailed to you by request from the Admissions Office at 410-386-8430. Call if you have any questions about getting admitted and enrolled at the college: your home for learning.

Send Your SAT Scores to Carroll

The Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) is recommended, but not required, for entrance to Carroll Community College. Students scoring 550 or above on the Math SAT within two years of applying to the college are eligible to enroll in introductory credit mathematics courses. Students scoring 550 or above on the Verbal SAT within two years of applying do not have to take the reading placement test. All students (except transfer students who have completed 12 or more credit hours with a cumulative grade point average of C or better in academic subjects) must complete the Academic Profile and English placement test.
