Financial Outlook. Mr. Schuman described the current financial status of the college within the context of the recent past, examined trends in county, state, and tuition revenue, shared assumptions about future governmental support, enrollment, and expenditures, and suggested the implications for future tuition rates.

Technology. Alan Bogage and Patti Davis shared their views on emerging technologies and associated implications for the college's technology infrastructure and instruction, and provided an update of the college's Technology Master Plan.

Occupational Demand. Dr. Clagett share the latest forecasts for job openings in the region, and discussed the implications of BRAC and the green economy on Carroll County's economic future.
